What is the KLR 650 seat height, and what does this seat change?
Kawasaki gives the KLR650 seat height as 34.3 inches for the 2022 and newer KLR650, and 32.1 inches for the KLR650 S. With this seat, Low is 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the factory KLR650 seat, Standard matches it, and Tall is 1.5 inches (38 mm) higher. That is the Kawasaki KLR 650 seat height change on the standard bike.
What is the KLR650S seat height with this seat?
On the KLR650 S, the KLR650S seat height changes differently, because the factory S seat is lower. Seat Concepts says the Low seat matches the factory seat height of the 2023 and newer KLR650 S, the Standard seat is 1.25 inches (32 mm) taller than the factory S seat, and the Tall seat is 2.75 inches (70 mm) taller. Kawasaki gives the KLR 650S seat height as 32.1 inches, so for the Kawasaki KLR650S seat height, start from that number.
