What is the Seat Concepts 2024 to 2026 KLX230 Comfort Seat?
The Comfort Seat levels out the seating area so you do not keep sliding toward the tank. It has a wider shape that gives your body much better support for all-day adventures, and it is a KLX 230 seat and a KLX230 seat, sold as a Complete Seat or as a cover only.
Which KLX230 models does it fit?

What is the KLX 230 seat height, and what does this seat change?
Kawasaki gives the 2025 KLX230 S seat height as 33.3 inches and the KLX230 as 34.8 inches, and the KLX230R S as 34.4 inches. That is the KLX 230 seat height, the KLX230S seat height, the KLX 230R seat height and the Kawasaki KLX 230 seat height before you change the seat. With this seat, Low is 0.35 inch lower than the factory seat, Standard matches it, and Tall is 0.85 inch higher, and the width is 9.5 inches at every height.
What is the difference between Cover Only and the Complete Seat?
Cover Only is a wire gripper cover alone, in Standard height, for riders who want to keep their own foam. The Complete Seat comes with the foam and the cover built together, in Low, Standard or Tall height.
Which covers can I choose?
The Complete Seat comes with a black carbon fiber side and a black sandpaper or black semi-grip top. The sides are black carbon fiber, a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
How long does a KLX230 seat take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee.
