Your BMW F800GSA is made for long miles, but a painful seat can cut your trip short. The Seat Concepts Comfort seat fixes this by leveling out the seating area so you stop sliding toward the tank. The rounded edges keep the seat from digging into your thighs while you ride or stand. It makes adventure riding much more relaxing for your back and bottom.
This kit uses a special foam that is much more supportive than the soft factory foam. The cover materials look great and are built to handle years of sun and rain. Since everyone is a different size, you can order this seat in Standard, Low, or Tall heights to get the perfect reach to the ground.

What is the Seat Concepts BMW F800GSA Comfort Seat Cover?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit for the seat you already have, not a complete seat. It levels out the seating area so you stop sliding toward the tank, and the rounded edges keep the seat from digging into your thighs. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is the Seat Concepts F800GS comfort option for the Adventure, a BMW F800GS comfort seat kit and an F800GS comfort seat kit.
Which years does it fit?
It fits the BMW F800GSA, the F800GS Adventure, from 2013 to 2018, so it rebuilds a BMW F800GS seat and an F800GS seat for the Adventure model.
What is the BMW F800GS seat height on the Adventure, and what does the kit change?
BMW gives the F800GS Adventure seat height as 890 mm (35.0 inches) for the standard seat and 860 mm (33.9 inches) for the low seat. That is the F800GS seat height and the F800GSA seat height before you change the seat. The kit comes in three heights: Low is 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the factory seat and 11-7/8 inches (302 mm) wide, Standard keeps the factory height and is 12-7/8 inches (327 mm) wide, and Tall is 1-1/4 inches (32 mm) taller and 12-3/8 inches (314 mm) wide. The length stays the same as the factory seat.
Is there a BMW F800GS low seat?
Yes. Low is 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the factory seat, so it works as a BMW F800GS low seat, an F800GS low seat, a BMW F800GS Adventure low seat, an F800GS Adventure low seat and a BMW F800GSA low seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides are black carbon fiber, and the top is black sandpaper or black semi-grip. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear.
Is this a complete seat?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
How long does an F800GSA seat kit take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
