What is the Seat Concepts KX450F Element Seat Cover?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit for the seat you already have, not a complete seat, for a KX450F ridden in wet weather. Special traction ribs at the back help you stay in control, and the cover is made for the rain. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam.
Which years does it fit?
It fits the Kawasaki KX450F from 2016 to 2018, so it rebuilds a 2016 KX450F seat.
What is the KX450F seat height, and what does the kit change?
The kit comes in Standard height only, the same as the factory seat, so it does not change your KX450F seat height, and it is 7 inches (178 mm) wide with the same length as the factory seat. For reference, Kawasaki gives the KX450 as 960 mm (37.8 inches).
Which colors and ribs can I choose?
The sides and top are black wire gripper, and the ribs come in black or green. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
Is this a complete seat?
No. It is a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
How long does a KX450F seat kit take to arrive?
