What is the WR450F seat height, and what does the kit change?
The kit changes your WR450F seat height and Yamaha WR450F seat height by the height you choose. Low is 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the factory seat and 8 inches (203 mm) wide, Standard matches it at 7-1/4 inches (184 mm), and Tall is 1 inch (25 mm) taller and 7-3/4 inches (197 mm) wide.
Is there a WR450F low seat?
Yes. Low is 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the factory seat, so it works as a WR450F low seat for shorter riders.
Can I buy a WR450F seat cover on its own?
No. The WR450F seat cover comes as a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
Which covers can I choose?
You can choose black carbon fiber or cobalt blue wire sides with a black sandpaper top. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
How long does a WR450F seat kit take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee.
