What is the Seat Concepts Yamaha MT-10 Comfort Seat Cover?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit for the seat you already have, not a complete seat. It levels the seating area and widens it to 14.5 inches (368 mm). The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is a Yamaha MT10 comfort seat kit, a Yamaha MT 10 comfort seat kit, an MT10 comfort seat kit and an MT 10 comfort seat kit.
Which models and years does it fit?
It fits the Yamaha FZ10 and MT10 from 2016 to 2021, so it rebuilds a Yamaha MT10 seat, a Yamaha MT 10 seat, an MT10 seat, a Yamaha FZ10 seat and a Yamaha FZ 10 seat, and a Yamaha FZ 10 comfort seat.
What is the MT10 seat height, and what does the kit change?
The kit does not change the MT10 seat height, the Yamaha MT 10 seat height or the MT 10 seat height: it comes in Standard height only, the same as the factory seat, and it is 14.5 inches (368 mm) wide with the same length as the factory seat.
Can I buy an MT10 seat cover on its own?
No. The MT10 seat cover and the MT 10 seat cover come as a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together. There is no cover-only option.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides are black carbon fiber, and the top is black sandpaper. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear.
How long does an MT-10 seat kit take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
