What is the Seat Concepts WR250R Comfort Seat?
The Seat Concepts WR250R Comfort Seat is a complete seat that is a WR250R comfort seat and a WR250R seat upgrade. It levels out the seat and widens it, and the foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is also a WR250X seat, and the Seat Concepts WR250X seat for the supermoto.

What is the WR250R seat height with this seat?
The Yamaha WR250R seat height and the WR250X seat height change with this seat: Low is 3/4 inch (19 mm) lower than the factory seat and 9-3/8 inches (238 mm) wide, Standard matches the factory seat and is 9.5 inches (241 mm) wide, and Tall is 1 inch (25 mm) higher and 9.5 inches wide. The Yamaha WR250X seat height changes the same way.
Is there a WR250R low seat?
Yes. For a WR250R low seat, choose Low. It sits 3/4 inch (19 mm) lower than the factory seat.
Can I buy a WR250R seat cover alone, or an aftermarket seat?
We do not sell a WR250R seat cover or a WR250X seat cover on its own, because this is a complete seat. As a WR250R aftermarket seat it replaces the factory seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides come in black carbon fiber or cobalt blue wire, and the top comes in black sandpaper or black semi-grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
How long does a WR250R seat take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee.
