The factory seat on the Honda CRF250R and CRF450R can feel like a wooden plank on a long trail ride. The Comfort Seat changes the shape to give you a wider, more level surface, so you stop sliding toward the tank and stay comfortable on an all-day adventure. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is a CRF450R comfort seat and a CRF450R complete seat that comes ready to install.
Which years does it fit?

What is the CRF 450R seat height, and what does this seat change?
Honda gives the 2016 CRF450R seat height as 37.6 inches, which is the CRF 450R seat height before you change the seat. The Comfort Seat comes in Standard height only, which matches the factory seat, so it does not raise or lower the bike. It is 7-3/8 inches (187 mm) wide with the same length as the factory seat.
Is there a low or tall option?
No. This seat comes in Standard height only.
Which covers can I choose?
You can choose black carbon fiber sides or red wire gripper sides, both with a black sandpaper top. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
