What is the Seat Concepts Ducati Scrambler Comfort Seat Cover for 2015 and 2016?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit for the Ducati Scrambler, not a complete seat. It levels the platform so you stop sliding forward, which makes it a more relaxed Ducati Scrambler comfort seat for long rides. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is a Ducati Scrambler seat upgrade and a Ducati Scrambler aftermarket seat kit that rebuilds the seat you already own.
Which Ducati Scrambler models and years does it fit?
It fits the Scrambler Classic, Urban Enduro, Full Throttle and Icon in 2015 and 2016, plus the Italia Independent, Sixty2 and Flat Track Pro in 2016. That makes it a Ducati Scrambler seat, a Ducati Scrambler Classic seat and a seat for Ducati Scrambler owners of those models, a seat Ducati Scrambler riders can fit. What is the Ducati Scrambler Icon seat height, and what does the kit change?
The Scrambler Icon seat height is 790 mm (31.1 inches). That is the Ducati Scrambler Icon seat height before you change the seat. The kit adds 1/2 inch (13 mm) to the factory seat height and 1/2 inch (13 mm) to the width, and the length stays the same as the factory seat.
Is there a Ducati Scrambler low seat?
Not in this kit. It comes in Standard height only, and Standard is 1/2 inch (13 mm) taller than the factory seat, so we do not offer a Ducati Scrambler low seat. It is a wider shape that levels the platform.
Which covers can I choose?
You can choose black vinyl or stone brown vinyl on the sides and top, and the stone brown gives you a Ducati Scrambler brown seat. Black vinyl is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with the classic Seat Concepts look and low grip, so you can move freely on the seat.
Is this a complete seat?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
How long does a Ducati Scrambler seat kit take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
