What is the Seat Concepts Kove 450 Rally Comfort Seat Cover?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit for the seat you already have, not a complete seat. It levels the platform so you stop sliding forward, with a wider shape for all-day adventure riding. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is a Kove 450 Rally comfort seat kit.
Which years does it fit?
It fits the Kove 450 Rally from 2023 on, so it rebuilds a Kove 450 Rally seat. For the version with traction ribs, see the Element Seat Cover.
What is the Kove 450 Rally seat height, and what does the kit change?
The kit does not change your Kove 450 Rally seat height: it comes in Standard height only, the same as the factory seat, and it is 8-3/8 inches (213 mm) wide with the same length as the factory seat.
Is there a Kove 450 Rally low seat?
Not in this kit. It comes in Standard height only, the same as the factory seat, so we do not offer a Kove 450 Rally low seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides come in black carbon fiber or black Luna, and the top in black diamante, black sandpaper or black semi-grip. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear. Black diamante is a suede-like synthetic made to match the factory synthetic suede on production street and adventure bikes, and it is flexible with moderate grip.
Is this a complete seat?
It is a Foam & Cover Kit, so you get new foam and a new cover together for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
How long does a Kove 450 Rally seat kit take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
