What is the Seat Concepts CRF150F and CRF230F Comfort Seat Cover?
The Comfort Seat Cover is a Foam & Cover Kit that fixes the narrow, sloped feel of the factory seat by creating a wider and more level riding surface. It is not a complete seat. It helps stop you from sliding toward the tank so you can focus on the path ahead. It rebuilds a CRF150F seat and a CRF230F seat, and it also fits the CRF230X.
Which years and models does it fit?
It fits the Honda CRF150F from 2003 to 2017, the Honda CRF230F from 2003 to 2019 and the CRF230X. A Honda CRF150F seat and a Honda CRF230F seat from us are this same kit, and a CRF 150F seat is the same thing under a different spelling.
Does it change the CRF150F seat height?
It does not. For the CRF 150F seat height and the CRF 230F seat height, the kit comes in Standard height only, which matches the factory seat, and it is 9.5 inches (241 mm) wide with the same length as the factory seat.
Can I buy a CRF150F seat cover on its own?
No. The kit gives you new foam and a new cover together, so we do not sell a CRF150F seat cover or a CRF230F seat cover alone.
What does the cover look like?
The sides come in black or red carbon fiber and the top is black sandpaper. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear.
How long does a CRF150F seat take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts kit is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each kit is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every kit is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
