What is the Seat Concepts Africa Twin Rally Seat Cover?
The Africa Twin Rally Seat Cover is a Foam & Cover Kit that reshapes the foam to give you a wider, more level place to sit, and it takes away the forward slope that pushes you toward the tank. It is not a complete seat. You choose between the Comfort and Rally widths, and the Rally width is 11.5 inches (292 mm), slimmer than the Comfort width.
Which years does it fit?
This Honda Africa Twin kit fits the CRF1000L Africa Twin from 2016 to 2019 and the Adventure Sports. For the 11-3/4 inch Comfort shape, see the Africa Twin Comfort Seat Cover.
How tall is the Rally width?
Seat Concepts gives the Rally width as 1 inch (25 mm) taller than the factory seat on the standard Africa Twin and the same as the factory seat on the Adventure Sports. Honda gives the 2017 to 2019 Africa Twin seat height as 34.3 inches, or 33.5 inches in the low position.
Which kit should I choose?
The Foam & Cover Kit covers the front seat. The Foam & Cover Kit with Rear Cover adds a rear cover. The Foam & Cover Kit & Rear Comfort Kit adds a rear comfort kit, and the Front & Rear Foam & Cover Kit does the front and rear together.
Which covers can I choose?
You can choose black carbon fiber sides with a black diamante or black sandpaper top, or black vinyl sides with a navy blue Luna top. Black diamante is a suede-like synthetic made to match the factory synthetic suede on production street and adventure bikes, and it is flexible with moderate grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear.

Every Seat Concepts kit is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each kit is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every kit is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
