    Product Description

    Seals the heater core tube penetrations through the firewall — worth replacing anytime the heater core itself is out, since it's a small part to skip on a job that's already apart.

    Old gaskets and grommets don't fail dramatically; they just slowly stop sealing, which shows up as a faint fuel smell long before an actual visible leak. It's inexpensive enough that there's little reason not to replace it any time the assembly it seals gets disturbed.
