The foam is firm enough to support your weight but soft enough to prevent hot spots during long days. You can choose between Standard or Tall heights to find the best fit for your legs and riding style. The Rally Seat is a complete seat that fixes the stiff, sloped feel of the factory seat by leveling out the platform, so you stay centered and relaxed. Its Rally width gives you a slim profile that makes it easy to stand up and move around on technical trails. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. It is a KTM 890 Rally seat and a KTM 790 Rally seat, ready to snap on in seconds.
Which KTM Adventure models and years does it fit?
It fits the KTM 790 Adventure R and S from 2019 to 2025, the 890 Adventure R and 890 Adventure R Rally from 2021 to 2027, and the 890 Adventure S from 2021 to 2025, so it is a KTM 790 Adventure seat, a KTM 790 Adventure R seat, a KTM 890 Adventure R seat and a KTM 890 Adventure R Rally seat.
What is the KTM 790 Adventure S seat height, and what does this seat change?
Whatever your KTM 790 Adventure S seat height is today, the Rally Seat keeps the factory height in Standard, which is 9.5 inches (241 mm) wide, and Tall is 1 inch (25 mm) taller and 9 inches (229 mm) wide. The length is the same as the factory seat.
Is there a low option?
No. The Rally Seat comes in Standard and Tall. For the wider Comfort shape with a Low option, see the Comfort Seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides are black carbon fiber or orange semi-grip, and the top is black sandpaper or orange semi-grip. Black carbon fiber is a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear.
How long does a KTM Rally Seat take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee. We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
