The Gripper style uses a special high-traction surface to keep you planted during hard cornering or steep climbs. It is designed for riders who need maximum grip while tackling dirt or street. You won't have to worry about sliding back when you twist the throttle.
Each seat uses a special foam formula that provides better support than the stock cushion. This standard height version keeps your reach to the ground the same while improving the overall ride. You can order it as a ready-to-install complete seat or as a foam and cover kit for your existing base.

What is the Seat Concepts Gas Gas ES 700 and SM 700 Gripper Seat?
The Gripper Seat uses a high-traction surface that keeps you planted on hard cornering and steep climbs, so you do not slide back when you twist the throttle. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam. You can order it as a ready-to-install Complete Seat or as a Foam & Cover Kit for your existing base.
Which years does it fit?

What is the Gas Gas ES 700 seat height, and what does this seat change?
The 2023 and 2024 Gas Gas ES 700 seat height is about 935 mm (36.8 inches). That is the Gas Gas ES 700 seat height before you change the seat. Standard keeps your reach to the ground the same as the factory seat, and Tall raises the seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides and top come in black Luna, blood red wire or grey Luna, and the Complete Seat also comes in red Luna. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
Complete Seat or Foam & Cover Kit?
The Complete Seat bolts onto your bike. The Foam & Cover Kit gives you new foam and a new cover for your existing seat base. There is no cover-only option.
How long does a Gas Gas ES 700 seat take to arrive?
