It features special traction ribs to keep you in place during muddy climbs or slick descents. The interior is completely seam-sealed to block out rain and moisture so your seat foam stays dry. It is built for riders who take their KTM into tough, year-round conditions without worry.
The proprietary foam is more comfortable than the stock part but still feels firm and supportive. You can pick between Standard and Low heights, plus Comfort or Comfort XL widths to get the perfect fit for your body. This complete seat is easy to install and ready to handle your next big trail ride.

What is the Seat Concepts KTM SX and EXC Element Seat for 2011 to 2016?
This Element Seat is a complete seat for a KTM SX, EXC or XC-W when the weather gets messy. Special traction ribs keep you in place during muddy climbs or slick descents, and the interior is completely seam-sealed to block out rain and moisture. The foam is rated medium density, 5% softer than the factory foam.
Which KTM models and years does it fit?
It fits the KTM SX125 and SX150 from 2011 to 2015, the SX250 from 2011 to 2016, the SXF250, SXF350 and SXF450 from 2011 to 2015, the XC150, XC250 and XC300 from 2011 to 2014, the XCW200, XCW250, XCW300, XCW350 and XCW500 and the XCFW250, XCFW350, EXCF350 and EXC500 from 2012 to 2016, the XCW450 from 2013 to 2016, the XC300 in 2016, the XC-F250 and XC-F350 in 2012, the XC-F250, XC-F350 and XC-F450 from 2013 to 2015, the EXC200 in 2013, the SMR450 in 2012, and the Husaberg FE250, FE350, FE501, TE250 and TE300 in 2013. What is the KTM SX 125 seat height, and what does the Element change?
KTM gives the 2025 125 SX seat height as 958 mm (37.7 inches). That is the KTM SX 125 seat height and the KTM 125 SX seat height before you change the seat, and the KTM 150 SX seat height, KTM 250 SX seat height, KTM SXF 250 seat height, KTM 250 SX-F seat height and KTM 450 SX-F seat height start from the factory seat too. The Element Seat comes in Low and Standard. Low is 9/16 inch (15 mm) lower than the factory seat and 6-7/8 inches (175 mm) wide, and Standard matches it at 7-3/8 inches (187 mm). There is no Tall option.
What is Comfort XL?
Comfort XL keeps the factory height and widens the seat to 9 inches (229 mm), compared with 7-3/8 inches (187 mm) for the regular Comfort width. Comfort XL is built in the Standard height only.
Will the Element Seat hold up in mud and rain?
It is built for it. The interior is seam-sealed to block out rain and moisture so the foam does not get soaked.
Which colors and ribs can I choose?
The sides and top are black wire gripper, and the ribs come in black or orange. Wire gripper has a mechanical gripping texture that gives a high level of grip and limits movement on the seat in all conditions.
How long does a KTM SX Element Seat take to arrive?
Every Seat Concepts seat is made to order, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipment. Because each seat is built to your options, returns and cancellations carry a 20% fee.
