Oxygen sensors measure how much unburned fuel is in your exhaust so the ECU can adjust the fuel mixture. Aftermarket exhausts without a sensor bung remove that sensor entirely, which trips a fault code on most bikes. This module clears that error.

Why would an aftermarket exhaust need this?
If it doesn't have a bung for the oxygen sensor, the sensor gets removed entirely, and most ECUs throw a fault code the moment that happens.
