Himalayan 450 Comfort Seat FAQ
What is the Seat Concepts Himalayan 450 Comfort Seat?
The Himalayan 450 Comfort Seat is a front complete seat for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. It widens the seating area and levels out the surface so you do not slide forward toward the tank, and the foam stays supportive without going soft. It is a Himalayan 450 comfort seat for long days in the saddle, built for the 2024 and newer bike.
Is this a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 seat for my bike?
Yes. It fits the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 from 2024. If you are searching for a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 seat or a Himalayan 450 seats upgrade, this is the Seat Concepts Himalayan 450 seat.
What is the Himalayan 450 seat height, and what does this seat change?
Royal Enfield gives the Himalayan 450 seat height as 825 mm, adjustable to 845 mm, with an accessory low seat at 805 mm adjustable to 825 mm. That is the Himalayan 450 seat height, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 seat height, the Royal Enfield Himalayan seat height, the Himalayan seat height and the RE Himalayan seat height before you change the seat. With the Comfort Seat, Standard is 15/16 inch lower than the factory seat, and Tall is 3/4 inch higher than the factory seat. The Standard seat is 12-1/2 inches (317.5 mm) wide, and Tall is 12-7/8 inches (324 mm) wide.
Is there a Himalayan 450 low seat?
Yes. For a Himalayan 450 low seat, or a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 low seat, choose Low. The Standard seat already sits 15/16 inch lower than the factory seat.
Is this a Himalayan 450 touring seat, and is it a gel seat?
It is built for long days, which makes it a Himalayan 450 touring seat. It is not a Himalayan 450 gel seat, because Seat Concepts uses its own foam, rated medium density and 5% softer than the factory foam. You choose the height and the top, which is how it becomes a Himalayan 450 custom seat, and we do not sell a Himalayan 450 seat cover on its own.
What is the difference between the two forms?
The Front Complete Seat replaces the front seat only. The Front Complete with Rear Cover also includes a cover for the rear seat.
Which covers can I choose?
The sides are black carbon fiber, a semi-smooth vinyl-based material with low grip. The top is black sandpaper or black semi-grip. Black sandpaper is the high-grip top: its texture is like low-grit sandpaper, it holds you in position, and it works best with purpose-built riding gear. Black semi-grip is the low-slip top: its beaded cross weave keeps you in position but lets you move around the seat, and it works with casual clothing such as jeans as well as riding gear.
How long does a Himalayan 450 seat take to arrive?

We are an authorized Seat Concepts dealer, and every seat is built with Seat Concepts' proprietary foam formula and individually inspected before shipment.
