Driver's-side counterpart to the passenger-side IH Scout tank (SKU 3012R) — same complete kit with the fuel pickup tube, mounting straps, bolts, washers, nuts, and gasket included, cross-referenced to IH part 864981R93.
A pinhole rust leak in an old steel tank rarely stays a pinhole for long, and by the time it's obvious, the surrounding metal is usually too thin to weld safely. This polyethylene replacement sidesteps rust entirely, so the installation notes below are what actually determines whether this swap goes smoothly.
