Many of them use Saddlemen's Gel Channel technology. A split layer of SaddleGel, together with a channel cut into the base foam, relieves pressure at the contact point and helps keep blood flowing, so you can ride longer.
This is the Track version with the Gel Channel design.
This is the Low version, made to sit the rider lower for better control and confidence.
