The Commando's version of the rollover valve grommet, for the same narrow 1972-1973 window as several other Commando-specific parts here.
Old gaskets and grommets don't fail dramatically; they just slowly stop sealing, which shows up as a faint fuel smell long before an actual visible leak. It's inexpensive enough that there's little reason not to replace it any time the assembly it seals gets disturbed.
