Product Description
This 19-gallon rear-mount tank has no EVAP emission fitting and routes its vent pipe toward the rear — the opposite configuration from the otherwise similar 4250, so check your original tank's vent pipe direction and EMS fitting before ordering.
Steel OEM tanks corrode from the inside out as ethanol-blended fuel picks up moisture over the years, and once rust perforates the metal there's no patching it. This tank is molded in high-density cross-linked polyethylene specifically because it doesn't rust, pit, or corrode the way steel does.
