This sending unit is built for the Cherokee XJ tank on the Jeep platform with the 2.5L engine, with fuel injection. It's matched to an ohm range of Full 0-5, Empty 100-110, so the fuel gauge reads accurately instead of just moving the same problem to a new part. Includes a new lock ring and a new gasket.
