These are the end straps for the CJ's 15-gallon tank, sold as a pair — pair them with the top strap (CJGTS-1) if you're replacing the full mounting set.
A rusted-through tank strap is a real safety issue, not just a maintenance nitpick — a tank that isn't held up correctly can shift or drop, straining the fuel lines and sending unit connections still attached to it.
