Updated 25-gallon tank for the restyled 1982-1991 full-size Blazer, Suburban, and Jimmy — same dimensions and built-in fuel bowl as the earlier version (SKU 2225), but cross-referenced to a different OEM part number, 14050685, for this body style.
A pinhole rust leak in an old steel tank rarely stays a pinhole for long, and by the time it's obvious, the surrounding metal is usually too thin to weld safely. This polyethylene replacement sidesteps rust entirely, so the installation notes below are what actually determines whether this swap goes smoothly.
