This sending unit is built for the 12 and 14-gallon Jeepster Commando tank on the Jeep platform. It's matched to an ohm range of Full 0-5, Empty 70-80, so the fuel gauge reads accurately instead of just moving the same problem to a new part. Includes a new 6-hole gasket.

Fuel gauges don't usually fail gradually — they're fine, then suddenly wrong, and a bad sending unit is almost always the reason. This one matches the OEM ohm range and mounting pattern so the gauge reads correctly from the first mile.
