MTS 15 Gal Fuel Filler Hose - Jeep CJ8 Scrambler (1981-1982)

Product Description

Earlier Scrambler production used a different filler hose than the 1983-1986 trucks (SKU CJFHCJ8-15) — this is that earlier version, also compatible with the 15-gallon plastic tank. Replaces Jeep part 5362773.

A vent hose that's collapsed or cracked internally can trap pressure in the tank even when the outside looks fine, which shows up as hard starting or a filler neck that spits fuel back at you. Replacing it with a hose sized to the original spec, like this one, is the only way to rule that out for good.
