One hose that covers two eras: full-length at 42" for 1974-1978, or trimmed down to 35" it also works on 1983-1986 CJs. Replaces Jeep part J5457913.
Rubber fuel hose hardens and cracks with age, and ethanol-blended fuel accelerates that breakdown compared to the gasoline these vehicles were originally designed around — a cracked filler or vent hose is a slow leak and a fuel smell waiting to happen. Getting the length and diameter right here is what makes for a tight, lasting seal instead of another hose clamped over a hardened, brittle stub.
