Product Description
The front auxiliary tank on an early Bronco rarely survives 50+ years without rusting through, and this MTS replacement is a straightforward swap for restoring one to running condition — no emission fitting to worry about, since these predate that hardware entirely. It bolts to the stock lock-ring mount and comes with a new lock ring and gasket, cross-referenced to Ford part C7TZ-9002-A.
By the time a steel tank rusts through, the fuel it's been holding has usually already picked up rust flakes that foul filters and injectors downstream. Swapping to this polyethylene tank removes that source of contamination for good, provided the capacity and mounting details match your application exactly.
