Product Description
A 33" twist-lock air box cable specific to the early '70s CJ, before Jeep shortened it for the 1976-1977½ models (see the 26" version if that's your year). Includes the mounting nut, washer, and push nut, and replaces Jeep part 989934.
Cables and valves like this one wear quietly — a little more slack or a little more resistance every year — until one day the range of motion just isn't there anymore. Replacing it with a part matched to the original length and fitting, as this one is, is what actually restores full function rather than working around a partial one.
