Product Description
1977 was a split year for the CJ's heater motor location, and it changes which drain hose you need: use this one if the heater motor sits on the passenger's side of the firewall. Engine-side motors need CJABH-3 instead. Comes complete with the drain hose cap included.
A vent hose that's collapsed or cracked internally can trap pressure in the tank even when the outside looks fine, which shows up as hard starting or a filler neck that spits fuel back at you. Replacing it with a hose sized to the original spec, like this one, is the only way to rule that out for good.
