Jeep offered two different radiator widths for the 225 cubic-inch Dauntless V6 — this is the 17" version, and MTS explicitly flags to verify your radiator width before ordering since the two aren't interchangeable.
An engine that runs hot on a highway grade or in stop-and-go traffic is often telling you the cooling system's weakest link — usually the radiator core or the water pump — has finally given out after years of thermal cycling. Matching the exact core size or pulley configuration here, rather than an approximate universal-fit part, is what actually restores full cooling capacity.
