Shipping, Returns & Policies

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (most items are custom-built).
  • We ship via UPS & USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply to AK, HI, PR, and international orders.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import regulations.
  • Delivery times vary and carrier delays are outside our control.
  • Damaged or Defective Items Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos are required (item + packaging).
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable:

  • Installed or used items
  • Items damaged by improper installation

Return Authorization (RA#)

All returns require an RA# (Return Authorization).
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Exchanges & Refunds

Defective/damaged items: free replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued after inspection (allow 5–10 business days).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production or shipment.
Custom-built items may not be canceled once in production.
Fitment Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.
We do not guarantee fitment for modified vehicles or variations.

Returns due to fitment issues are treated as non-defective returns and are subject to:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees
  • Installation & Liability

Products must be installed by qualified professionals.

We are not liable for:

  • Improper installation
  • Vehicle or property damage
  • Personal injury or misuse

All installation and use are at the customer’s own risk.
We do not cover labor or additional costs.

Warranty

Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

We disclaim all other warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., labor, loss of use, or revenue).

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By placing an order, you agree to this policy and authorize us to dispute any chargeback that contradicts these terms.

We may provide the following as evidence in disputes:

  • Order confirmation and payment authorization
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking
  • Delivery confirmation (including signature, if applicable)
  • Customer communications

Chargebacks filed for non-defective items, fitment issues, or failure to follow this policy may be denied and may result in:

  • Reversal of funds
  • Additional fees or collection actions where permitted by law

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

What are my option for shipping items in the USA?

Whenever possible, all orders will be shipped the same day as ordered. In all other cases, merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible. If we do not have this in stock, we will contact you via email what the time frame will be to have your tank in our hands. Special order items vary on time frames but we will let you know to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to ship the 'Best Way' without delaying the item getting to the destination. We could possibly ship UPS, USPS, or another way. For Freight or oversized packages additional charges may occur. Freight charges may be processed after delivery once the final amount is received by the carrier. Most Transfer Flow tanks are subject to Freight Charges.

USA, Lower 48:

We will ship either UPS, Ontrac or United States Postal Service. You should see your items at your door in 1-5 days in the USA. We will ship whichever method you choose when possible. Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped the best way for us. We will never ship this less than ground service. All other items will ship at a $10.95 Flat Rate fee.

USA, AK and HI:

Shipping will be through USPS unless the size of the package is too large to ship USPS.

  • Orders under $99.99 is $15
  • Orders between $100-149.99 is $25
  • Orders between $150-399.99 is $45
  • Orders between $400-699.99 is $75
  • Orders over $700 is $150

Upgraded Shipping in the USA:

We offer all shipping services shown during checkout including freight in the USA. Please contact us for any additional services needed. We can ship UPS and USPS Express services. Some items will cost more for us to ship as the checkout shows and will consult you before charging or shipping your items.

International Shipping

We are currently not accepting or shipping international orders.

What if I receive my item damaged or my item has not been delivered?

Freight Damage Claims: 

Title of merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to the common carrier. Delivery of the merchandise, in good condition, is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damage or shortage should be made with the carrier directly. You can also contact us to assist you in this as we are more than happy to take care of this.

Freight Lost or Not Received: 

Domestic Shipments: Please contact the carrier with the tracking number have sent you to inquire about your package. If you need any information or help with this we can help you as well.
