FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS: Title of merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to the common carrier. Delivery of the merchandise, in good condition, is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damage or shortage should be made with the carrier directly.
RETURNS: We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you - no exceptions. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS. Any and all shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
If you return a item with damage to it where we make the decision that we cannot sell it as a new tank or the mounting kit for a tank is opened then returned you will be charged 20% Restock fee, Sorry but we cannot eat these costs.
Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances. A SHIPPING FEE OF $10.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BALANCE UPON RETURN OF ITEM.

We reserve the right to refuse to replace tanks that have failed due to improper maintenance, incorrect mounting, modifications, or fittings installed that were not originally supplied with the tank.
