These terms shall be interpreted according to California law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below. The internet is an ever changing advertising medium and we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept these modified terms.
SHIPPING/EXCHANGE/RETURNS
RETURNS: We work extremely hard to serve our customers. However, due to our low prices we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item to you - no exceptions. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS. Any and all shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
If you return a item with damage to it where we make the decision that we cannot sell it as a new tank or the mounting kit for a tank is opened then returned you will be charged 20% Restock fee, Sorry but we cannot eat these costs.
Any and all shipping charges (for orders that have shipped) will not be refunded under any circumstances. A SHIPPING FEE OF $10.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BALANCE UPON RETURN OF ITEM.
SECURED ON LINE ORDERING
We employ the latest technology on all of our servers using Secured Sockets Layer [ SSL ] encryption that works with Microsoft Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and AOL's browsers to protect all of your information. We charge all orders once they are placed. This ensures that are customers are serious buyers and have the ability to purchase the parts they have ordered. When you purchase items at a large discount, there are certain policies that must be followed in order to provide our customers with these discounts. We use an automated ordering system to insure accuracy and efficiency with orders. In order for us to be most efficient and profitable and to pass these savings on to the customer, we must follow this mail order standard. If you want to order, we expect you are ready to pay for it.
We security check all of our orders for both our customer and our protection. Credit card fraud is a felony and we have and will prosecute all fraudulent orders. Each credit card has a specific code built into the actual account number based on its security code and expiration date. Our systems test this validity as well as the standard address and security verification on your credit card. Please note that every credit card has what's called a billing address. This is the address that your bill is mailed to each month. It may not be where you live depending on what arrangement you have with the issuing credit card bank.
We only ship to the credit card billing address for your protection
CLOSEOUT ITEMS
All sales are final.You are bidding for an item and it is non returnable or exchangeable. If damaged, you must deal directly with the shipping carrier. We will not replace the item. The shipping carrier will deal directly with you and reimburse you if they choose for the bid amount only.
